Nooghetti, is the result of a fusion of modern cooking techniques and century old recipes, specially blended and cleverly spiced to bring you superb cuisine.

Our secret lies in it's unique cooking technique where pasta and accompanying delicacies are presented in perforated bags, ready to be boiled.

Al dente in 4 minutes, Nooghetti can be served as a side dish or add meat and or extra vegetables for a all-in-one meal.

Stove-top cooking directions:

Bring 3 cups of water to the boil in a saucepan.

Add Nooghetti and vegetables in perforated boiling bag and cook for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, empty mixed condiments and sauce from pouches onto a large plate. Mix well.

Carefully remove perforated bag from boiling water with tongs and drain well.

Cut bag, pour cooked Nooghetti and vegetables into the pre-mixed condiments and sauce.

Mix well by tossing and stirring with a fork.

Microwave preparation:

Cut open perforated boiling bag and vegetable pouch and pour contents into a microwaveable container.

Add 1 cup of water (240 ml) to submerge the Nooghetti.

Cook in microwave oven (uncovered) for 6 minutes until Nooghetti is tender (al dente).

Remove from microwave oven. Add the condiments and sauce from the pouches and toss well with a fork.
